Bolting Drill Rig
This drill rig is mainly used for support operations in coal roadway and semi-coal rock roadway driving faces. It can realize simultaneous support of roof and side, and also has functions such as drilling blast holes and detection holes (for water and gas detection) in coal/rock layers with a hardness of f=3~8. The roadway support height ranges from 2.5 to 4.0 meters, and the support width is 2.8 to 4.6 meters or more. It is suitable for roadway working slopes of ±18°.
This drill rig is used in conjunction with a roadheader, and is suitable for mechanized support operations in mine roadway driving faces. It has the following design features:
Reasonable structure with high strength and good rigidity of components.
Fully controlled by a hydraulic system, facilitating underground maintenance and operation.
Travel mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor + reducer.
Equipped with two sets of drilling arms and propulsion devices, all controlled by the hydraulic system; both drill arms and propulsion mechanisms can operate independently or simultaneously.
The two drilling propulsion mechanisms can be moved to different positions and rotated at different angles, independently performing construction operations such as roof and side bolt/cable drilling, face blast hole drilling, and detection hole drilling.
Equipped with a liftable front support mechanism, which can protect operators under the exposed roof at the face.
Equipped with a working platform that can be lifted and lowered with the main arm to meet construction requirements of different roadway heights and facilitate operator operations.
Travel mechanism adopts a track tensioning device composed of a tension wheel set and a tension cylinder.
The entire machine is equipped with a rod clamp, which facilitates the disassembly of drill rods when retreating them after drilling is completed.
