Roadway Repair Machine
The coal mine roadway repair machine is a multi-functional roadway maintenance equipment, mainly used for repair operations in coal roadways, semi-coal rock roadways and full rock roadways. It can meet the needs of maintenance operations such as excavation, cutting, crushing, side digging, loading, supporting, and hoisting. It can also crush large pieces of coal for easy transportation.
The working mechanism borrows the structural design of an excavator, which can meet the needs of various working modes. The cutting head, bucket, hydraulic breaker and beam support can be interchanged, and the hook and quick changer are designed integrally.
The front working mechanism can move up and down, swing left and right, and rotate left and right to meet the needs of various operation modes.
It adopts a variable pump system + load-sensitive proportional valve with pilot control, featuring low heat generation, simple operation, high efficiency and better reliability. A rotating horizontal axis cutting head is selected, which has high efficiency in brushing the side and undercutting the bottom, and is especially suitable for digging ditches.
An annular external spray is installed when the horizontal axis cutting head is working, which has a good spray dust removal effect.
When the breaker is not working, its oil circuit can be used as the power source for the hydraulic bolt drill.
It adopts a rotating bucket, which has the function of under-belt digging, and can load and unload coal to the belt or mine car.
The machine has both manual operation and remote control functions.
A water cutting pump station can be configured according to user needs to realize the cutting of supporting metal materials by the manipulator.
